Dear Cowboys and Cowgirls, yesterday we learnt of the passing of current Cowboy’s 50’s player Greg ‘Poundy’ Pound.

Poundy was new to our club last year and quickly became a popular member of our over 50s group. What many if you may not know is that Poundy was a much loved life member of the Cranbourne Superules club and came over to the Cowboys with the other Cranbourne boys so that he could continue playing the game he loved.

Please join me in expressing our sympathies to Poundy’s family and his mates at Cranbourne.
